All around the world, Amicorp colleagues are turning intent into action. The Amicorp Community Foundation (“ACF”) would like to thank everyone who has stepped up and responded to the call to do their bit.

Below are the global ACF champions leading local action, mobilizing partners, raising funds, and showing what practical care looks like on the ground. 

Regional highlights 

  • Chile: Client engagement for donor outreach; activities supporting children undergoing cancer treatment and those with spina bifida. 
  • Curaçao: Padel 4 Good tournament raising funds for Tuma Mi Man, an ACF-supported childcare center serving underserved communities. 
  • United Arab Emirates (Dubai & Abu Dhabi): Sustainability campaign aligned with LEED Gold certification: green office tours, beach clean-up, and donations to the Desa Les Community Center. 
  • Luxembourg: Tree-planting on National Tree Day with client support, benefiting AmiForest and a local conservation group. 
  • Mauritius: Fundraising padel tournament with Rotary and Isla Padel; ebony trees planted in Ebene as part of ongoing sustainability efforts.

  • Mexico: Support for CONFE: early intervention and job training for individuals with intellectual disabilities through in-kind and volunteer support.

  • Panama: Partnership with SOS Children’s Villages: educational talks, hygiene kits, games, and donations for vulnerable children. 

  • Singapore: Book drive for children in Palawan and a US$6,250 donation to the Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home; further charity collaborations in the pipeline. 

  • Spain: Wine tasting and paddle tournament raising funds for ACF projects; volunteering with children with rare diseases. 

  • Switzerland (Zurich): Using football sponsorship to raise awareness and funds for the Desa Les Community Center, including partner events (e.g., with SIX Group). 

  • Netherlands (Amsterdam): 12-hour walk-a-thon raising funds for homeless and underprivileged communities. 

  • South Africa (Cape Town): Community drive with Rise Against Hunger and a primary school in Langa, providing school uniforms and food-security support. 

  • Saudi Arabia: Water distribution to laborers in extreme heat; encouraging donations via the ACF website with personalized photo-impact updates. 

  • Kenya: Launching a jewelry kiosk featuring locally made beadwork (all profits to ACF) and planning to plant 12 trees fortnightly in Nairobi’s Karura Forest. 

  • Vietnam: participation in a student mentorship programme through the Be Better Foundation, supporting underprivileged youth. 

  • Bahamas: Planning a preventative healthcare drive focused on breast cancer and heart disease, funding medical screenings and future mental-health initiatives. 

  • Philippines: Supporting AmiForest through local business outreach and developing a community-driven CSR initiative focused on local needs and sustainable impact.
